Me and the doggy are both sick. If I breathe the wrong way, I cough and if I cough, oh... oh it's bad.

She's got me incredibly worried. She threw up 3 times last night after she'd had the evening meal and then she woke me up this morning by puking on the bed.

I put out a little bit of food for her, but she has no interest in it, which is really disheartening becuase I was counting on her being better today. I can't take having sick pets. If she doesn't eat or if she throws up again we're taking her to the vet today. It's probably just some silly stomach thing, but you can just *tell* she's miserable and that's just not acceptable.

It's been a really long time since I've had something like a cold. I've been ill in the past year, but it was usually the fault of Jagermeister or migraines (though usually not together, thank god). Having a chest cold after not having had anything like this in so long is just terrible. My ears hurt, I can't breath, there is a pressure/tickle/sharp pain in the top part of my chest right in between my collar bones. I feel broken and wrong.

We have two empty boxes that once contained dayquil. I absolutely have to work, so I can't take nyquil. All of our cold med stuff is for sniffly nose, which I don't have.

Home remedies anyone?

I just looked over and realized the Hubzilla (ref: this thing)it all knocked on its side.
I don't *remember* letting in a giant moth, but the cats were freaking out last night soooo could be.

It's sad to know that you could have someone do your work for you (well, in theory) but you'd still be compelled to be here with them and give them pointers. chest infection = reminder about that whole "doing everything" thing.

right now, I wish I had insurance. I'd go whine at a doctor to fix it with pills.
