Shatoria Reid
NORFOLK -- Shatoria ``Shay'' Angela-Renee Reid, 7, of the 1300 block of Lead St., died Feb. 23, 2002.

She is survived by her birth mother, Tamika Reid and brother, Isaac Reid, legal guardian and great-aunt, Johanna Banks, her husband, Andrew Powell and their children, Jo'Vante, T'Coris, Quayshaun, and Destini Banks; an uncle, Travis Reid; three aunts, Shampree, Sheena, and Quatez Reid; three great-aunts, Denise Reid, Bernice and Quintine Banks; a great-uncle, Eric Reid; great-grandparents, Carolyn Banks and Daniel Henry; great-great-grandmother, Josephine Peede; cousins, Brandon, Lavar, Freddrick, Tyshawnda, Freddrick JretyQuez Reid, Earl, Ebony, Shenieka, James, James Jr., Jamaal, Shy'mekimartesha Banks, Travis Jr., and Jala Wright; her god mother, Keisha Wilson and her children, Marshae, Maniesha and Malik. She was predeceased by her grandmother, Angela Renee Reid.

Shatoria was a member of Perfecting Saints Worship Center and attended Jacox Elementary School.

A funeral will be held at Graves Funeral Home today at 1 p.m. with burial in Riverside Cemetery.
