You have at least two compatriots in Minneapolis. On the other hand, some scarily substantial portion of my aesthetic is trapped in the '80s, so I'm not a great ally.

Actually I personally know more people who like it than don't.
Most of these people have spent a good chunk of their life in close proximity to a Sonic, though, so they're used to that wacky soda flavor stuff.

I tried it with a straw in the bottle, like the guy in the commercial, just because he seemed to enjoy it so much... but unfortunately, TV let me down again. It was still terrible.

I enjoy Vanilla-Coke as well but I also have a tendency to chew on pencils, pens, and most things made out of metal so I'm not the most reliable person to help back up your opinion, Zorn.
