Erols used to be cheap... and then they had to go and get ASSIMILATED.

there's NetZero... it sucks, but it's only $9.95 a month for unlimited time.

Find somebody local.

Local ISPs who refuse to provide any tech support tend to be pretty cheap, if you can figure things out for yourself.
